Jennifer A. Nielsen graduated from the University of Wisconsin,
Madison in 1991. In 1994 she received her Juris Doctorate, with honors,
from John Marshall School of Law. Her practice concentrates in public
and private construction related transactions and litigation, primarily
for subcontractors, contractors and owners; Mechanics lien and surety bond
litigation; and Real Estate transactions and litigation. She is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on the
Construction Industry, where she serves on the Governing Committee; she is a
member of the Society of Illinois
Construction Attorney, where she is an officer; she is a member of the Illinois Bar
Association and the
Chicago Bar Association, Construction and Mechanics Lien Subcommittee.
