Jennifer A.
Nielsen
Jennifer A. Nielsen graduated from the University of Wisconsin,
Madison in 1991. In 1994 she received her Juris Doctorate, with honors,
from John Marshall School of Law. Her practice concentrates in public
and private construction related transactions and litigation
for subcontractors, contractors, owners and design professionals; Mechanics lien and surety
bond litigation; and Real estate transactions and litigation. She is a
member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction
Industry, where she served for a number of years on the Governing
Committee and she is Past President of the Society of Illinois
Construction Attorneys, where she has served for a number of years on
the board in various officer positions. She is a frequent speaker and
published author on construction matters.
